Campus Patrimonial Student Residences
Campus Patrimonial is a network of Spanish university residences, located on or very near the University campuses of Logroño, Málaga (Teatinos), Seville (Pablo de Olavide, Bormujos and La Cartuja) and Valencia (Burjassot).
Most university students looking for accommodation will eventually choose between a shared flat or the University’s own halls of residence and student housing. Campus Patrimonial Student Residences are designed to offer the best features of each option.
Our philosophy is based on creating a good study environment in high quality accommodation where it is easy to make friends, your hours are not restricted, and you can rely on our professional staff.
All our residences include Wi-Fi in all the bedrooms and common areas, a TV lounge, a study room, and everything else you need so you can study in comfort and make an easy transition to life away from home.
As well as accommodation for the academic year, we also offer short-term stays (for a few days, weeks, months, the summer holidays, etc.) and of course we will be delighted to arrange short stays in our residences for students, teaching staff, or groups, or to help organise cultural or university events.
