About us

We are a Spanish university residence network located on the university campuses themselves or areas very close to the universities of Logroño, Málaga (Teatinos), Seville (Pablo de Olavide, Bormujos and La Cartuja) and Valencia (Burjasot).

Many students are forced to solve the problem of finding university housing by choosing between a shared flat, a residence hall or a student residence hall. At Campus Patrimonial we aim to combine the best of each option.

Our philosophy is based on creating an adequate study environment, fostering companionship and non-enforcement of curfew, all with high quality standards delivered by our professional employees.

Our service offering covers both full academic year accommodation and shorter stays (days, weeks, months, summer, etc.) and, naturally, we are pleased to both house students, lecturers and groups and contribute to the organisation of cultural or university-related events.
